Our Firm:
Annette Davis Designs was established in 1998 in Seal Beach and has accomplished many successful interior design projects since that time throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County and in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Projects have ranged in size from one small room to homes of several thousand square feet. We work with clients, architects, and general contractors as needed throughout the design and implementation process.
We make it a priority to fully understand the client’s wants and needs before undertaking any project. Using that information, we develop a design that truly reflects the client’s style and meets their budget requirements. The process is always interactive to ensure the end result meets the client’s expectations.
We use a business like approach to managing projects, minimizing the effort required by the homeowner in the numerous decisions and choices that must be made. We work efficiently and effectively throughout the project and help to avoid costly mistakes.
Our Designer:
In addition to establishing her own design business in 1998, Annette Davis has also provided consulting services to numerous other design firms. She has experience in both residential and commercial projects, ranging in size from small remodels to large custom homes under construction and hotel renovations. She is experienced in all aspects of design projects.
Annette has an extensive business background, enabling her to effectively manage and control project budgets and keep projects on schedule. She has a keen eye for details and can deliver cost effective solutions based on her client’s needs and desires.
After a long and successful career in Information Technology, Annette decided to pursue her passion for interior design, and enrolled at the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach where she earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Interior Design.
She has successfully completed the Council for Qualification of Residential Interior Designers (CQRID) examination and the California Codes and Regulations Exam, earning the Certified Interior Designer (CID) designation.
She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and in 2002 she participated in the Philharmonic House of Design in Orange County. She was the winning designer on an episode of HGTV’s Designer Challenge. Click here for details!

Our clients are often busy, active professionals who value their time, yet want their home to reflect their personal style and provide the comfort and livability they need in support of their busy lives. They look to us to provide a complete design and streamline the decision making processes that can cause stress in their life and project delays if not properly managed.
Other clients simply want some assistance in pulling the various aspects of a home together. They may be working on a single room or the entire home.
When constructing a new home, clients seek out our help in verifying that the architect’s design will properly serve them when interior furnishings are added. The designer’s eye and knowledge can catch and correct oversights resulting in the avoidance of costly revisions that would have to be made later in the process.
In the current economic environment, many homeowners look to us to help them remodel or rebuild their existing home to bring it up to date. Kitchen and bath renovations are popular property upgrades that can make a home much more attractive and functional as well as improve the property’s value.
